Refund and Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with invoice.

• Customized, engraved, or special-order jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund.

• For return requests, customers must contact our support team within the return period.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be notified via email or phone.

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

• In case of damaged or defective products, customers must report with clear images within 48 hours of delivery.

• House of Niranj reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
